This water bottle is very pretty and the color is accurate. It keeps my water cold and works perfectly in that aspect. The big problem I had with this water bottle was that the cap would sometimes tighten incorrectly, causing it to leak water out. Leak is an understatement, it was more like as if the bottle was completely open. I had many occurrences where I would have my water bottle on my bed with me and I would feel my entire bed soaking wet because the water leaked out entirely. It is just a matter of closing the cap carefully so this doesn’t happen.

We have several of these and love them all. They don't leak and the really hold the ice. We use them for water and generally have to had water several times before we need to add ice to them. They're a great size. We have other sizes as well and all suit their purpose depending on the size we need at the time. They're easy to clean. We've very happy with all of them.

The steel bottle itself is great, and I absolutely adore the color (I got the purple). My issue comes with the cap. It’s connected to the rest of the lid with these flexible straps (which at first sounds perfect) but I feel like the flexibility makes it weak in this case, and would be more serviceable if they were rigid. The cap doesn’t seem to line up where it’s supposed to, which has proven problematic more than once when I thought the lid was secure, and wound up soaking myself or making a mess. I truthfully think if the flexible strips were a little more sturdy it would eliminate the issue, because the cap would line up right where it is should. As it is, the flexibility makes it wobbly & the absence of threads makes it hard to get that line up process done properly every time. That feature definitely needs some improvement for just pure functionality’s sake. It is easy to fill & clean with the nice wide mouth, and overall is a decent water bottle (and fits perfectly in my car cup holder), but the lid mechanism needs some adjustment.

I purchased this identical product 18 months ago, and so enjoyed it - most comfortable water bottle I've ever had. I lost it this last month, finally conceded that I needed to replace it, so did a "buy it again" order on Amazon. Just received the new one. Quality is so much less, I am so disappointed. The black plastic nozzle you put your mouth on has been cut rather than molded, so that it's got sharper edges, much less comfortable every time you (or I, anyway) sip. When you unscrew and remove the black plastic cap, top threaded part of the bottle is now what appears to be a shiny "chrome" finish; i recall it being cast aluminum, or at least I am sure it wasn't this chrome paint or finish - which it certainly is now. So, not near as long lasting. I am so disappointed. Will now have go back on the hunt, resume my search for a really decent quality water bottle. I do like the design, mouthpiece, and look of this bottle, it's just it's apparent they've switched fabricators/factories - - - just ain't the same water bottle it was. Oh well...

This item is awesome. Keeps my drink cold long and ice literally still ices after 24 hours. I have bought 2 and then a 3rd for my father in law so outdoor. Will buy more in future.
