Most effective on the market
I have read many reviews and tried many of the so called "best." Blue Bonnet is the ONLY one that actually works. I have heart palpitations that are quite serious. I started taking Taurine for that but its not enough I had to take Aspirin too but for those who do not know Aspirin eats the bones.Since I have SEVERE Osteoporosis I cant take Aspirin or should not and if you are a menopausal woman neither should you. I have been taking it to prevent a heart attack. But I should not be taking it.So I did a search and natural alternatives to Aspirin and Pycnogenol came up. I tried many brands but still had to take aspirin in the middle of the night when I would feel I was going to have a heart attack. But Blue Bonnet Pycnogenol actually works. But you need to take it separately from other supplements and with food.

Well Worth Taking
I first started using Pycnogenol many years ago, got away from it then started using it again after having read something about it related to the floaters or blood vessels in my eyes.According to Dr. Axe, an online source whose health information I often rely upon:"While OPCs found in [pine bark extract] are mostly known for their antioxidant-producing benefits, these amazing compounds exude antibacterial, antiviral, anticarcinogenic, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. Pine bark extract can help reduce muscle soreness and may help improve conditions relating to poor circulation, high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, diabetes, ADHD, female reproductive issues, skin, erectile dysfunction, eye disease and sports stamina.By using this supplement, I can't say that I feel it doing anything for me, including my eyes, but going by it's potential benefits, consider it worth taking.Too bad it is so expensive compared to so many other supplements.

Well worth trying
First time supplementing with Pycnogenol. heart and artery health. It's an EU import. The data suggest it might maybe support lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow to extremities. Small studies suggest it may aid in protecting against blood clots.Pleasing results so far. It's a long-term supplement to try out.
