a 9.9 should take 11/2 quarts with filter change put in 1 qt then add then check etc.

Does this meet SJ requirements?

Not sure. My Honda 135hp outboard calls for it so thats what I used. I'm sure there might be something else that is compatable. Next oil change I will probably use another oil since this one was about $13.00 a quart.
