Late last year I took Levaquin for a supposed URTI - Within the month I developed 29 different symptoms that range from tendon ruptures to nervous system issues (Brain fog etc). I've tried pretty much everything you can think of - And now I'm going to load myself up on this for a Glutathione challenge (1 pill every hour for 16 hours) - Please see below for the reasoning (and why you're probably not taking enough of it) One thing about S-A-Glutathione, it seems to be a much more bioavailable form of Glutathione, significantly more than the Liposomal Based Glutathiones (Anderson et al., 1985; 2004) - Has Antiviral activities (Vogel et al., 2005). However, All Glutathione have a shared flaw; The half life of Glutathione in serum is 10 minutes - According to Hong et al. (2005, Table 1). Glutathione was given to 7 human volunteers in IV form (50mg of Glutathione per kg of body weight) - Peak serum levels were reached at 10 minutes - Glutathione levels went from 4.3 (before IV) to 154 at 10 minutes, then dropped off to 11.1, 10 minutes later. Serum levels of GSH (Glutathione) returned to control values after 30 minutes. Total GSH levels went from 14.0 to 1219.8, then went back to baseline after 2 hours. According to Vogel et al. (2005, p. 57) S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione (S-GSH) as well as base Glutathione (GSH) serum levels increased by 8 and 4 fold respectively with supplementation of S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione. Total GSH was elevated for awhile as cellular systems absorbed it directly. Lu (1999) describes treatment with any form of Glutathione, should used with /high/ dosages (1000mg?+) to reach therapeutic values due to the shortcomings I mentioned. This finally explains to me why most of all the Glutathione treatments people have tried that doesn't work; They simply are not taking enough! Cursorily, I wonder what would happen if I took one pill each hour for the 'day'. 16 pills at 200mg would be enough to keep my serum GSH levels elevated for a long time, perhaps to help reverse any mitochondrial dysfunction I probably have from the levaquin. I tried other glutathione formula before rangig from pills , injectable and sublingual , This one is just as nearly effective as the injectable without dreading the needles et, The formulation and delivery science is on point and I will highly recommend this as a health supplement for anybody that values their well being,

I recently learned that Acetyl Glutathione is just as effective as the lyposheric form. A few years ago I took LivOn Labs Lyposheric Glutathione and it was excellent. I needed to take it again this year and found it to be not nearly as potent it was a few years back. So I ordered a bottle of the S-Acetyl Glutathione Gold and started taking 2 caps four times a day. After the second dose I noticed a difference in energy and my headache from the upper respiratory infection I had went away as well as the body aches I was having. After the third dose I could definitely tell it was helping me. I will now order this and use it from now on. You can take this bottle with you and don't have to worry about refrigerating it:)

This form of Glutathione, in clinical trials, has proven to be almost as effective as IV Glutathione therapy. Oral glutathione does not absorb well into cells (where ANY substance does it's work) and a lot must be taken to realize even a small benefit. As I didn't really want to visit my physician's office multiple times and have a needle stuck in my arm and pay for the pleasure, I opted to try this first. This product is a bit on the pricey side, but so far I really do believe it has proven beneficial to me and that I'm getting my money's worth. As to the "placebo effect" I've given this to my older terrier and he definitely shows more energy and his eyes brighten up, so there is some positive effect there. Glutathione is a very essential substance for the body and many people could benefit with supplementation. Especially those with "leaky gut" and older people.

After reading an article about children with autism and their low Glutathione production we decided to give this product a try. For one of my children the effects were WOW! At 7, he's been making gains in fine motor, gross motor and engaging with people and surroundings more than ever. His OT keeps commenting about how "on fire" he's been this last few months. We, at this point, only use 1/3 of a pill (in juice water), I'm very careful about supplementing and I like to dose up slowly but this is for sure a winner for my oldest. We also tried it for my middle child and his body didn't react as well, we had an increase in stim behavior so we tried a different product in the line, Nfr2 and that has been a winner for him- (I'll be reviewing that after we give it another month or so). Each person is different, but this has been well worth the investment for us. This bottle will last us MONTHS! We've also been using the methyl B product from this line for over a year and I don't ever want be without it. This company and their products are excellent.

This is about as close to a panacea that I know of, I would not be without it. I have recurring bouts of tinnitus (ringing in the ears) that flares up occasionally - this works better than anything I have tried, and based on my experience it is well absorbed, compared to other dosage forms of Glutathione, with no noticeable side effects. Also effective for inflammatory conditions in general, immunity, and chemical toxicity. Complimentary supplements like red ginseng, benfotiamine, and sensoril (ashwagandha extract) work very well with this.

This has given both my wife and I bad headaches since starting taking them. Wondering if it was a bad batch?
