Just amazing Stuff
I've used panel bond before for various things and it was the first thing that came to mind for this job........fixing broken headlight mounting tabs. And it freaking worked. Saved a set of aftermarket headlights for one of my vehicles that were picked up on a whim for dirt cheap because they were broken at the tabs. They're now mounted and holding up great. BUY EXTRA NOZZLES if you're going to do a small job like this.

Works well. Tiny tubes
Good stuff. Tunes are pretty small. Not much product.

Very grabby and holds tight
This is a very strong adhesive. It is very tacky and grabs immediately. It is difficult to slide the mating sides around once the two sides of adhesive make contact. That's just something you need to be very aware of. But this is very good stuff. I will use it again.

Amazing product!
Follow directions and you will never use your might welder for joining panels as this holds just as well (or even better) without burning protective coatings which then allows rust to form. You do need to grind any coatings off from the two adjoining surfaces providing a bare metal roughened surface for a good bite. The panel adhesive forms a waterproof barrier where moisture cannot get to the metal surface. If it does, you are not using the product correctly. I use a few sheet metal screws as needed to hold the panel in place until the epoxy cures. A small amount of adheasive should ooz out along the seam edges ensuring that you have used an adequate amount. Then I grind the heads off and roughened the surface around the seam then apply a good quality waterproof short stran filler. Shape, sand and finish as needed. Been using this product for years now. Had a small quarter panel patch repair to do on a 1995 Toyota. This was just the right amount to do the job.

Too small and not eligible for return
Purchased the item and not eligible for return. Itโs much smaller than the item I believed I was purchasing and tried to return to purchase the correct item. They will not return the item. Be aware of what youโre purchasing before you buy this item.

Corvette repair
My better headlight cover became detached several years ago due to age and bad tire blow out some time ago. I didn't drive the car at nightuch but because of covid I started in to all the projects I had with it. After the mechanics of the headlight were worked out I started down the path of getting the brackets secured for the cover again. I sanded down to bare metal and SMC, cleaned with soap/water and then alcohol, and applied the panel bond. I can say that at speed with the headlight up, I feel confident the cover won't blow off in to the engine bay. Also, so many on the vette forums quoted the larger tube. This is perfect with one of the suggested applicator guns and is less then half the price of your doing a little job. This is a real 3m product that I received as well.

Awesome!
Great product, just what I need to glue on a cab corner on my jimmy. Proffesional grade, a little expensive but cheaper than the alternative.
