Just got mine in, let’s see how it goes. The material doesn’t seem sturdy. I hope the zipper holds up as I did size down, got the zipper up. I wish it was a bit longer to cover all my belly but I’ll make it work

Good but metal folded
It was good at first but after 3-4 weeks the metal binding is curved in and can be really uncomfortable at times during certain exercises.Do not get me wrong it is pretty good besides that I enjoyed the straps feeling extra support.

Don't but won't suck u in at all.....
Don't waist ur money on this belt it is not made of a fabric that sucks u in at all if felt like I was wearing nothing the straps that are supposed to snatch ur wait has no stretch, look up a belt that has latex that is the fabric u need when it comes to waist trainers I purchased one that has strap and is a triple strap that won't bend on u because that's the most annoying part about wearing these things.
