Great value, good quality
It was a challenging but doable install for 1 person. I used a floor jack and some cribbing to support it. Minimal cutting of the fender flare. Definitely recommend getting the skid plate filler. Overall, the build quality is good and it is sturdy for the price. No negative effects to my TSS.

Modifications required.
Love the overall look of this bumper. Unfortunately I did not read the Q & A section thoroughly. You will need to cut your fender flare and inner wheel liner. As my truck is brand new, I was not comfortable doing this. So I did return.

Sturdy but lacking in quality
Sturdy but lacking in quality. The powder coating is already chipping right out of the box. There is not enough alignment free play so it is aligned off to the passenger side. The quality control fro this company has been getting worse year after year. The instructions do not address the difficulty to reinstall the factory grill as the clearances are extremely tight and seems like the plastic will break forcing it in. Not my first rodeo, had a GE 58 lear jet engine for a drag car in my garage to mess with the neighbors with the after burners. No mention in the installation manual for the best way to cut down the plastic inner fender wells and secure them so they would not rattle. See above comment.

Great product poor delivery
One of the delivery guys I watched drop the entire box from a vertical position to slam on the street. So I said “dude, what if that is scratched? He said “o these things are packaged really good with styrofoam”. I said “ok we will see”. Sure enough upon installing I found 2 scratches from that drop of his. Careless and incompetent. Other than my personal vendetta, this product is great! Pretty easy to install, just time consuming and a great product not only for armor but also it looks great!

Well packed, but the powder coating is scratched up in several placed.
Update - since the rear of the bumper sides are so heavy, they actually bounce and make contact with the quarter panels on both sides. When I installed it I left 3/8's of an inch clearance on both sides, and was thinking where I cut the fender skirt was causing the noise. When I figured out in was the bumper and movement caused by bumps, dips, and other rough surfaces, I backed that clearance off to 1/2 inch, and it still rattled. With very little additional adjustment left to move it further away and what would be a massive and unsightly gap, I decided to get some 1" expanding door foam and stick it to the underside of the fender and that helped a lot. It does not take away the contact, but it helps with the noise. The bumper has been a pain since install day. Now the only thing I can think to do is fab some stabilizer bars that will go from somewhere under the front of the bumper by the bumper mounts, and then attach them to the back edges of the bumper to dissipate the vibration caused by the offset weight. I'm likewise guessing the lowered price was a reflection in customer dissatisfaction? So it likewise seems I'm stuck with a lemon.Got it installed today after a couple minor mods. There are no provisions to connect several body pieces that have to be taken loose to remove the bumper. The bottom of the grill now rattles around and rubs. I understand having to cut the wheel well covers, and the fender skirts, but they need some pre-drilled holes so you can attach remaining panels and the bottom of the grill.Unpacked it, and everything was well packed, with only the main bumper section exposed in a couple areas. The bubble pack was nasty dirty, and poorly taped. I removed the bumper and unwrapped it to find exposed metal on the inside of the bumper. I will be able to coat them to prevent rust, and for the price I'm not complaining, especially considering the size and weight of the shipping box.My problem comes when I started to assemble the bumper flares that sit below the lights on top of the outside of the bumper. The top pieces and the 3 holes that allow for the bolts to pass through are smaller openings than the bolts. So to mount the edges, I'll have to drill or spend time filing to open the passages, which in turn exposes the metal to rusting. With these minor issues I'm concerned for fitment, and tearing the entire front end of my new truck apart. The stand alone mounting parts were all well packed and undamaged.

good for the price looks good if truck is lifted
It wasn't super difficult to install but takes quite a bit of fidgeting fidgeting to lineup I'm still waiting for the bottom cover and had to order a new grill because the original grill Was too bulky so I had to order a mesh grill but no biggie 2019 tacoma off road
