Decorative Hand Printed Stained Glass Window Sun Catcher/Roundel in an Elizabethan Tudor Rose Design.

The Tudor Rose always makes me think of my big sister and I've been looking for one to represent her in my home ever since I lost her 8 years ago. When I opened the box, my heart swelled up - the glass is beautifully painted and finished with a solid metal frame binding it to the chain it hangs from. The colors are so rich and vibrant. I'm sitting here sniffling like a toddler - it's a cloudy grey day, but when I hung it on the window, the sun came out and shone through the gorgeous red red rose and it felt like my sister was letting me know she likes it too. Lots of feels inspired by this beautiful sun-catcher, I'm so glad I finally found the rose I needed.

I ordered this for a gift for my best friend. It came fast, the packaging was beautiful, and the stained glass Tudor rose was even more beautiful than the picture shows. Highly recommend.

Lovely hand painted historical reminder of the Tudor Age. An iconic and historical reminder of the bloody English Civil War between the royal families of York and Lancaster. This suncather is a must for any 'Royalist" or student of British history. Well made, richly colored, it brings warmth and beauty to any window.

As with its mate, it can't be hung in a window with constant strong sunlight, and that's why I purchased it to begin with. THis should have been noted online in the description. It is a sun catcher after all. It is, however, beautiful. Colors are bright and absolutely gorgeous...I just am not sure where I'll hang it now since all my windows capture the sunlight almost all afternoon. Obviously, had I known I couldn't hang them in my windows, I would have had to forego purchasing these lovely works of art.
