Is the pricing for one hood cover, or a pair?

I bought these hoods last year and it was a pair.

Will these fit the SLR BL-1051 levers?

No, it will not, sadly. I have BL-1051 levers from 1986 on my bike and these are too tall - the aero point is about 1/2cm from touching the actual top of the lever.
