I primarily bought these glasses for the size and the weighted bottom. I do not like to drink from plastic cups so I use a lot of glasses. But I am also a bit clumsy and often knock over my glass. These glasses have a low center of gravity (no taller than they are wide) and a nicely weighted bottom. Perfect for my needs. However, I was pleasantly surprised that they are also very attractive and in spite of some other reviews, they do not appear to be any more fragile than most drinking glasses - less fragile than many I have had in the past. Very good quality for the price.

Nice looking glasses but too fragile. Even though they can stack up (for saving space in the counter or cabinet) the glasses are too fragile and delicate handling is needed as they tend to break as it happened to mine. I wish the walls of the glasses were a little thicker.

It's a glass, so it works. I am disappointed on the bottom of the glasses not being level (with the thickness of the glass).When an assembly line inspector detects a defective glass, they just toss it back into the glass plie for rework, it's the easiest item to recycle. The manufacturer should have upped their quality control measures.

Whiskey glasses bought for a party. Perfect for that purpose, or sitting on deck, or anywhere else you might break or lose a glass.
