I suggest getting one side up unless you want the shirt to be very see-through. These shirts are very lightweight and very thin along with very stretchy. If you don’t get the correct size then it will be too tight and fairly see-through.I am 6‘2“ and I normally wear a double XL shirt and I ordered a 1XL shirt and it fits more like a slightly tight 1xl.If I order this again (I will if my other ones break down or get too worn out) then I will get one size up.

This item has a snug effect with the material so it tightens slightly like a rubber band against your body showing all your fat rolls. Pass on this one if you don’t want the world to see you eat a pizza per day lol.

Not just for dudes lol I’m a lady who loves to run. I ordered an x-small as I usually am in men’s T’s and they’re perfect. They r fitted though which I love. For once the sleeves don’t go down to my elbows and make me look like I’m playing dress up in daddy’s clothes lmmfao. Perfect for runners

I tried one of their long sleeve compression shirts before and was impressed with the quality. But I wanted less than a compression shirt yet more than a saggy tee--this was PERFECT. I am back online now to buy some more. (I am 177# and 5'8" tall... normally take a Medium and the medium fit exactly.)

I love these shirts, great quality material, I've washed them and they come out great. I've used them to play basketball and to workout at the gym and they absorb sweat very well. I would recommend getting these, it's a great deal rather than spending nearly $30 for a name brand because that's all you're paying for, the name. I have a few shirts and they do a great job when you're working out.

These shirts are rad! I love the design of this shirt. It allows tons of airflow, but the front panel being a little thicker slows that breeze a little to keep my core cooking. Love em!

These shirts are really light, have good stretch, and are sewn well. Have probably washed 10x so far and no issues. The length is great, I can wear during/after a work out and they don’t end up looking like a crop top on chest/shoulder day (looking at you, UA).I also bought a black/gray/white pack - minor complaint with the white color is that it’s cut much larger. The black ones are consistent and are what I’ll stick with here on out.
