This kit will get you started. It's a cheap way to see if it's something you want to get into further. Some of the tools you'll want to replace later on with higher quality ones but they're all good enough to use out of the box.

All beginner quality however for the majority of the items I will never need anything better and as a way to get into leather working it is FANTASTIC. I’m very happy to have found this and at the price - woah! Thank you

I see some people are saying these aren’t worth it, this is definitely a set for a beginner. The tools work pretty good for the cost. I have pictures of some sheaths I made using my set.

I wanted a beginner set of tools to start leatherwork figured this would be good. Most of the tools suck. I'll save time and give you the good ones. The burnishers are fine, the mallet is ok, the awl is small but ok. The mats are obviously alright, and the rivets/buttons and hole punches work.The big issue for me is the pricking irons are terrible. They are small and will go through but good luck getting them out. The widest one is 2cm with 6 teeth. Only good for like 2oz leather. The needles are a joke, most aren't even for leather. The thread is overly waxed and makes it hard to work with. Doesn't come with an edge beveler or stitch grover so good luck with straight lines.The best thing about this kit is it showed me where I need to spend more money, just wish I knew that without paying for this.

Buscaba herramientas para el cuero de lo más económico para iniciarme y estás parecen ideales. Si mi trabajo fuera esto del cuero, seguramente elegiría herramientas de mayor calidad pero más caras. Para hacerlo como hobby está bien.
