This backpack is excellent! I strongly hesitated whether I wanted to spend this much money on a backpack, but all of my fears vanished when I opened the package. This is unlike any backpack that I have had; it's very sturdy, structurally solid, and has little extras that go a long way. Tons of fleece lined pockets for different sized electronics, tons of different pockets (with different sizes, some that are open, some that have a zipper closure, etc), there is even a whistle on the sternum strap (which is not gaudy at all)! The mesh water bottles pockets are made of a very dense fabric, unlike any mesh I've seen before. If you are worried about the price, don't, because I can already tell that this backpack will last for years, long after cheaper backpacks would fail. Also, if you are using it for school, don't worry that it has too much of an outdoors like look- it is very feminine and simple, it looks great for school, but you could also use it for many other purposes. I have a 15.6 inch laptop and it fit fine in the laptop sleep. The fit was a little tight, but I think that will be better to ensure that my laptop doesn't get banged around.

I really like this bag.
I just received this today. I love the bag. I travel for work once a month for a couple of weeks. So instead of my cute laptop bag, I needed something more durable for traveling through airports. I also travel with 2 laptops work documents etc so its hard to shove that and cords and other accessories into one bag that you can just grab and go. This bag has numerous pockets inside and out. 2 slots. The back slot is where the laptop goes and it has a comfy slot for my work laptop and then my personal slides right in front of it along with a binder. The back is a little bit hard, I suppose to protect the laptop but I'm sure that won't bother me any. And its cute....I was worried about it being so ugly. It also has a slot for water bottles on the side, which is important to me when I'm out of state.

Great Carry-On
This is my grad school BFF. It holds soooo much stuff. We are frequent flyers from CLE to ATL and this is a great item to avoid the costs of a carry-on item. It fits nicely under the seat and allows for easy times through TSA. When used as a backpack, this item really manages the weight nicely, I love the padded straps and the additional supports through the rear of the item. It has more than adequate storage and helps me stay or organized though the day. Great product, great price.

I absolutely LOVE this backpack
I absolutely LOVE this backpack. Before this one, I had a backpack that was way too big for my body. The fact that this one doesn't open too wide is exactly what I needed and it is so durable! It is perfect for my Air Force uniform regulations, holds lots of things, and is just overall handy! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who currently has a backpack that isn't working for them, this one is the one!I also love the pocket in the very front. Very handy to put my student ID and headphones in!

Awesome
Superb!!! Its too comfortable to carry stuffs. Lot of space and compartments. I use it for my college. I have 13' laptop with charger, notebooks, 2 lunch boxes, at times a jacket, extra pair of clothes. It till has a lot of space. The waist and chest belt makes it very easy to carry the bag. The weight does not feel much on the shoulders. This is the best brand I have used so far.

Good and Bad
I wanted a cool sturdy backpack that I can use for the next three years of college but after taking it to school for awhile, it SOMETIMES got uncomfortable to carry around (I'm 5'2 and 110 Ibs just an FYI). It's not so bad when you have one or two small textbooks; HOWEVER, when you pack it with notebooks, 2 or 3 one-inch binders, a pencil case, wallet, a laptop, etc., it feels like you're lugging a bag full of rocks. I put the same amount of items in an older backpack and it didn't feel AS heavy.Because of its BULKY and INFLEXIBLE material (you can't stretch it out as much as you can, basically!), it was hard to put a lot of things in there anyway. For example, I had a good quality regular rectangle-sized wallet that I've used for years and had to trade that for a smaller, pocket-sized one, just because the old wallet was taking up more "unnecessary" space than I had room for. I also have a MacBook Pro 15' laptop (not sure what the model is but I got it in 2011) and it's actually quite thick and the laptop pocket in the backpack barely had enough room for that. Plus with the added weight of the laptop and the textbooks it was WAY too straining on my back and I ended up carrying my textbooks in my arms any time I brought my laptop with me.Despite my negative take on it so far, it's actually NOT a bad backpack at all, it's a littlemore than decent. It's sturdy and has that good quality feel to it. It has a good amount of compartments for pens, pencils, highlighters, calculators and other smaller stationery things like that. I think I just utilize it more than it's capable of being utilized and that's my problem with the backpack. None of the pictures I post really shows it, but I STUFF this backpack. So if you still want something sturdy enough to hold up your stuff (e.g. A 13'-15' laptop, a couple of notebooks/books, the necessary writing materials, and other small items, and THAT'S IT), then this backpack is more than capable. For me, I really had to compromise certain things I can take with me, because it either added to the weight or I just didn't have room for it.
