Endless hot water
This was a replacement unit for one that was about 6 years old. Hopefully this one lasts longer. Since the installation was already done it was simple to swap out.

Buyer beware!!
This “refurbished” item came and was inoperable. I paid a plumber $500 to install basically an inoperable item. Long story short, I had to order a brand new one and pay the plumber AGAIN to install. Do not buy refurbished! Definitely buyer beware!!

"Tank You" for the TITAN Tankless!
Out of hot water except for a small natural gas backup (best setup) regular water heater during the St. Louis "Blizzzzard of Oh-13". Received the new TITAN sooner than promised. Works great for a family of three. With two women in the mix it's more like a family of five when it comes to the bathroom and laundry services. You guys know what I mean. It works great with a never-ending flow of hot water...when you want and need it. Most homes should not be without one. Even great as a smaller under-sink TITAN backup in the main bath, whenever your large gas-guzzling 30 to 50 gal hot water behemoth goes south. You'll at least get to work and school and be presentable. (and smelling good)We "Tank" the gods on Mt. Olympus. Especially TITAN. ( I know, I know, the GROUP of gods named TITANS, but who's counting.)

Great product
I have used many Titans, and they have all worked GREAT. However, this one required extra power leads and I had to return it. The seller provided a full refund with no issues. I would use them again. Again, these Titans are GREAT products...much better than a full size water heater.

Good
It looks and works good, it just needs a lot of amperage to use.

Replaced a gas unit, working good
I switched from a 60 gallon natural gas water heater to the N electric tankless water heater. I was worried about it's ability to provide hot water for a family of 4 but so far I am very happy. The response time for hot water is great, much faster than it was with the gas water heater. With the gas water heater it would take at least 30 seconds for the water to start feeling warm. With the N-180 you start feeling the water warming up in 5 to 10 seconds and it's hot within 20 seconds.

Doesn’t work
The unit takes Too long to heat up and a kilowatt not strong enough that’s why I requested in 270 and they sent me an N1 80 and they had an M2 10 I asked him to swap it but they sent me this crap and even though I put the compression fitting on is still leaking but stop working after 46 minutes costing me $400 for install and 85$ for inspection
