No, it is not advisable to use on painted on stained concrete floors. You may experience improper film formation, which can produce a variety of floor care problems, including poor adhesion and powdering, poor gloss, streaking and poor leveling. can this be used on lamite flooring?

No, unfortunately. The Zep Wet-Look Floor Polish is for use on interior floors such as rubber, asphalt, tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), sealed concrete and terrazzo. I suggest the Zep Hardwood & Laminate Floor Refinisher, when used as directed, it fills in scratches, revitalize shine, and restore the look to dull, scratched, worn wood and laminate floors. Can this be applied over existing zep wet look floor polish?

My apartment complex has all tile floors. When I moved in 3 years ago, the floor was so polished I could view my reflection. I was told to apply 4 coats of the Zep wet-look polish. I applied only two coats. Now, the thin wet-look polish is peeling and I use a buffer to remove most of it. The wet-look really looks great, so apply enough coats to prevent peeling after a year or two. Lowry McDaniel
