A therapy tool that works for tongue strength rehab
My therapist/pathologist highly recommended this tool to strengthen my tongue strength/swallowing issues. When I saw the price for what first struck me as a toy - I was so wrong. Took it to a therapy session, was instructed on how to use - recommended exercises, etc. After 1 week of diligent adherence to the exercise routine - I was shocked on the rapid recovery and improvement of being able to swallow most all foods with no issues vs. a week earlier was smoothies and liquids only.

This is a useful product for oral dyphagia and articulation patients.

It's convenient
It's a device that's affordable and can be used at home when you don't have access to the fancy devices at the speech therapist's office. Its not exactly the same as what they have there, but it's comfortable and easy to use.

Fits was tongue near mouth.
Fits was tongue, with litter lens.

It doesn’t work well for the back of the tongue.
It works well in the front of my tongue but with the ridged tube it unusable in the back.
