Great buy! This holds so much. I take it everywhere and believe me I travel a lot. It turns 360. It also has the case on top so pretty on the outside. It was a great value. The quality of this case also has a little zipper on the outside I don’t know if you can see that in the picture. It has an interior little zipper compartment for wet things. If you need it it has two little zipped up compartments I keep my undies and socks in there quick to get to very good buy!!

Purchased two suitcases for a recent trip, I really liked the quality of the london fog. The handles were good strong quality. The airlines destroyed after the first trip.

This luggage is sturdy. It's been through a few trips and has held up well so far. I recently checked the 20 inch on a trip to Italy, and there was no damage. Why did I check it? Because I knew it was too heavy to meet the weight requirements, even though the size was within tolerance. These are not lightweight. I didn't think about that when I bought the sets. That said, on the way home, I opened the expansion gusset to accommodate two bottles of wine, at which point it would larger than the size limit too. Sure enough, I watched a Lufthansa gate agent make someone gate check a bag which she insisted had been carry on from the USA. My husband's and my wine (2 each) was packed carefully and made it back intact. These are good rollers on smoother surfaces, but on rough cobblestones, fagetabattit! You'll have to go slowly and tilt to two wheels. I Scotchguarded them, and there were some rainy days, things were ok. We took them on and off numerous trains, along with the 15" carry ons. Two weeks, plenty of room. We used the 24" on a US domestic train and flight trip with one destination. I used the biggest (28"?) on a road trip where I left it in the car as a travelling closet, using the little duffle day to day to take out what I needed. These bags are beautiful and easily distinguishable from others and the fabric is sturdy, like a heavy upholstery. It hasn't snagged. I've noticed a bit of wear on the piping though. Huband has the bronze/grey set.

Like the quality. It shows dirt more than I would like. But, all in all, it is a nice suitcase.

Item received with a missing a zipper latch, how can that be? I'm keeping it as I need a suitcase asap but thought I should be issued a credit for an 'incomplete' purchase.

Very strong luggage and just the right size

At 59 years of age, I finally purchased my very own full set of matching luggage, and what a great choice I made. Love everything about this set. Lightweight with a handle on the top, bottom and one side of each suitcase, making them so easy to maneuver. Wheeling through the airport was a breeze, and all held up beautifully during their first/only use thus far, on a flight from CA to PA. One of the flight attendants even commented on “what a nice set of luggage” I had. Preferring suitcases with one large compartment rather than two separate sides folding together, I was able to stuff so many belongings into these suitcases while still keeping them manageable at 35-40 lbs. The smallest bag, which easily piggybacks the carry-on, was used as my purse, providing loads more space than a typical purse. All four pieces nest inside one another, requiring much less storage space. What more can I say? Very happy customer! Highly recommend this great set of luggage!

First time used the wheels started to come off. The airlines had a difficult time moving it around. I could only drag it and iit was horrible!!!
