This is just perfect for my 5 yr old. She loves beads and charms in general, so this was a perfect advent calendar for her. The packaging is OK. Though points for making a removable lid. Once I removed the lid, I saw the charms out of place, but all the charms were there. I put them back in place and put the cover back on. Nothing was were missing. the charms themselves are super cute and seem to be made well. I would buy again.

This is our favorite advent we've ever done! It's so cute and exciting to open each day and the girls love that it's something they can wear year - round, and they can even change up the charms to go with certain outfits! Better than the Lego calender, better than the Hatchimal calender (especially since it's an exact repeat this year!) and better than the Smooshies which got boring after 3 days.

So far my 5yr old daughter is loving this advent calendar. She loves the necklace/bracelet charms. The charms are cute and seem well made, but I did receive one that was chipped a little. It was one of the unicorn legs that chipped off but really when you look at it my kid can’t even tell. My only negative about this is the small box it came in. The little punch outs (numbered doors for each day) are extremely fragile so if you touch them they start to crack open a bit. Also the punch outs are pretty small doors so I think it’s a bit hard to stick your finger in it and get the charm out. I actually debated using my own advent calendar box (because it’s a big wooden one with bigger drawers on it) and putting the charms in mine for my kid to use. But I stuck with the box instead, kind of wish I would’ve used mine. That’s the only bad thing, like I said the necklace, bracket, and charms themselves are cute and my daughter loves them.

The set comes in a flimsy paper/foam packaging. As other reviewers said, the paper windows pop open very easily and the charms actually shift into other compartments during shipping so you could open a window and no charm inside because it slid into another compartment! I recommend using your own advent calendar. I bought a wooden one that's re-usable and sturdy with little doors that open. I just removed all the charms from the seller's packaging and arranged them in the one I bought. The cool thing is there are enough charms to include one for each day that you place the bracelet and necklace in an advent window. That was a nice surprise that you don't have a day where they have to open and only get the necklace or bracelet. The necklace and bracelet seems of good quality and not thin and flimsy and the charms also seem to be made well. Overall this is a great value for the money....just buy your own advent calendar and you will be set. My 6 year old daughter has opened two windows so far and she LOVES it. I placed the necklace with one charm in window number 1 fyi....then a single charm from there and the bracelet with a charm on day 12.

Very cute charms, especially if you have a unicorn lover! I would suggest opening the doors up because of the charms had shifted in mine, but also because I would take either the bracelet or the chain and make it the first item opened. That way your little one can begin putting the charms on them. Other than that, I think it is perfect and I look forward to seeing the excitement on my daughter's face daily as she gets a new charm!

After arrival, I followed advice here to open and organize the charms, which had moved about during shipping. When organizing, I slipped the clip for each charm into the slit that already existing in the foam packaging to help hold them in place. I also taped the box together, which also made it more sturdy. My 8 year old girl LOVED the charms and opening a new one everyday. She started wearing the bracelet with charms immediately. However, her joy was dashed when the charms started breaking: A leg off the large unicorn and then the trunk off the elephant. She no longer wanted to wear the bracelet for fear of further risking the charms. I don’t believe the bracelet experienced undo wear and tear; my daughter is currently remote learning, so the charms broke with minimal activity. Overall, very cute charms and a great alternative to a candy-based advent calendar. The charms are plastic and seeming fragile and brittle.

My daughter loves this. When I got it I opened it and fixed all the charms so they lined up good. After she was done opening one each night I put it up. The lid of the box is a little cheap. The quality of the actual bracelet was good. It stayed together just as it should so each night there was a charm in each slot. She has had hers for a while and only one charm broke so I think it's good quality. She also took some charms and put on her other necklaces so she did many different things with these charms. There is a lot of pieces so I think it is a good set with all you get.

The charms inside the calendar are very cute. My 3 year old daughter loved collecting a charm each night to add to the necklace and bracelet (included with the calendar). The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it needs to stay flat or the charms may shift out of their nightly spots. When that happens you can open the top and fix them but it would be better if they stayed in their places since it's meant for children to open.

The worse product I ever seen rip off for a tiny advent calendar that came falling apart. What a waste of money soooooo disappointed
