These lights (bollard style) are very well made. The body and the spike are both cast aluminum. The lens is solid clear glass. There are a small amount of tiny bubbles but less than what the pictures on Amazon show. The light cast by these is nice. Mine are spaced about 12 feet apart on our sidewalk. Light things fine. They look very nice against the landscaping. They are not real visible in the day from the road in front of our house, which was what we wanted. The installation is to push the spike into the ground using a level to true them up. The wire connector was different from others I have used. It was too hard to clamp into our existing wiring (hardened with time) by hand. I used a large pair of pliers to slowly squeeze the two halves together. No issues after that. Also, note that these lights run on a 12 volt AC transformer, though it is not stated. Love these lights. Cheers!

We updated our landscape lights from the solar ones to these low voltage bollards and we could not be happier. We saw one of our neighbors installed these in their front drive way and we really liked the look of them so we ended up copying them. The lights are well made and easy to install with the wire crimps provided. We are very happy with the amount of lift that they put out. They really light up our driveway at night and gives a nice modern flare to our desert abode.

Also bought the wall floods, more light than previous lights, these look great and light up the front of our house really nicely 👍🏼3/25/2020 Update - *2 of the 6 lights already not working properly, 1 not at all and 1 very light illumination, I pulled apart, cleaned and reconnected and it doesn't work at all, I tried the old light and it works so I know it's not the line, the second one (right next to the nonworking) is very dim, no way to contact the vendor.5/7/2020 Update - seller contacted me about the nonworking lights! They replaced the 3 nonworking lights with 3 new one's. I love the way these lights are brighter (*the only downside is, it doesn't use a simple bulb replacement) but they work and look great!

Perfect for low light needs. Attractive. simple. and well built. Well worth the price.

Easy to assemble (just screw the spike onto the bottom) and easy to install with the snap-on connectors BUT they only have about 12 inches of wire coming out the bottom. That means you don't have much room to move then around - once they are wired they are pretty much stuck in that spot. Another foot of wire would be great for difficult installation locations (in one spot I was working under a bush & next to a metal sculpture; it would have been nice to have more room for routing the wire) AND would allow one to pull them up & move them around after they are installed. I don't know about you but I install during daylight and then really see how they light after dark. In two spots it would have been handy to just pull a light and move it over a foot or two.

Pretty simple to install and looks fantastic. I recently added four new lights to six that I installed three years ago. All but one of the original six were still working well.

Extremely well built!! Exactly what I hoped that they would be! They installed easily and work perfectly. Very attractive and do a great job lighting my pathway.
