Roland White Miso Paste, 2.20 lb

Does this look like WHITE Miso to you? It is dark brown and has a pungent odor and taste. Big waste of $18 because I cannot return it even though it is either defective or wrongly labeled. Very disappointed. I think this was my last food item purchase through Amazon.

This is such a great addition to soups, stews and savory dishes.

Love the umami flavor miso gives to many dishes, especially soups.

Just what I needed and could n other find for homemade hummus. Also used it for fake peanut butter cookies.

Makes perfect Miso for our various recipes we utilize.

It's a big package. Not sure if I will use it all.

Lighter taste than the dark miso. Nice flavor added to recipes.
