Patchouli Scented Perfume Oil [2-Pack - 1/4 oz.]

This product smells so good and such a great scent of patchouli - I could bathe in it! I love it!

This 'Spiritual Sky' brand of Patchouli is the first I encountered and used back in the renaissance days of the 20th C. It's a hearty brew and it sticks around on you well enough; leaves a nice vapor-trail without any of the perfume chemicals that make people choke and start their eyes running. People say it's a 'nostalgic', but the past has a way of not staying where you left it since it's always now anyhow.

I found this oil in Cape Cod after using/trying a lot of essential patchouli oils (the worst being Aura Casia). This has a distinctly earthy scent - just what I used back in the late 60s. I now mix it with body lotions - which cuts down on the patchouli scent - I used to get an orange patchouli scented lotion years ago - but they went out of business and I now use Boothe Lemon Body lotion - which is heavenly - I use it with my favorite body lotion also Camille Beckman and I always have people telling me how good I smell. I can use it alone without smelling the harsher side of patchouli, which if you use patchouli you all know what I mean... And it is really reasonably priced unlike some oils which charge you $20 or more for 1/2 oz...LOVE it!

Scent dissipated in less than 10 minutes. Asked others around me if they could smell it, and got a sound, "No." There's almost no patchouli fragrance in it, just enough to fool you when you first take a whiff. Used this brand in the 70s when it was true Patchouli.

Smells just like the old school patchouli.

Loved the smell true Patchouli! Just wish there was more in the bottles for the price, that is why I gave it 4 stars.
