Yum! Follow bag instructions versus your regular method.
Just follow the instructions! I made it my own way at first and it didn’t pop a lot of the kernels. I followed the bag instructions and the result was perfect salty popcorn with no unpopped kernels! I didn’t add butter or anything, somehow it tastes buttery without it. Yum. Also the popped corn lasts a couple days, maybe longer if kept in an airtight container. 3 day old version was almost as good as fresh.I used fancy sunflower oil because that’s the only one I had on hand with a high smoke point, but I think you’d be fine here with canola or any other neutral oil.

Fabulous, big, fluffy kernels, 30 months after expiration date!
While tidying up our guest room for its first post-Covid use I found a tote box of surplus pantry items. Among them were 2 unopened bags of Eden Organic Yellow Popcorn Kernels that had an expiration date of April 2022 - 30 months ago !I thought, why not, let's see what happens. I put 1/2 cup in my air popper and a few minutes later I had 2 full, large salad bowls of the biggest, fluffy popcorn kernels I've ever seen. There were only 8 unpopped kernels. This organic popcorn is delicious!

Fresh popcorn
First time using this product. It’s not easy finding corn products that aren’t grown with tons of pesticidess and chemicals. Could tell the kernels were fresh as soon as opened the bag. Every kernel popped. Great tasting popcorn.

Happy with Popping Quality of this Popcorn!
Originally I gave this Eden popcorn a One Star scathing review. But now having tried popping it in a larger pot, the good reviews from others is true, and I am so happy with Eden popcorn, & happy to have 2 bags of it! It fully pops every time and is light and fluffy. From one star to 5! It was my fault it didn’t pop - the saucepan was too small. Try a larger pot & you’ll love the taste!
