I had high hopes of this product until I woke up in the worst pain I have ever been in. These pills are absolutely no F'N joke. I mean at least give a warning or something. I still do not feel the same and this is three weeks after taking four of them. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STUFF.

Pretty legit stuff. I usually take 3 or 4pills before the workout . Especially full body days or leg day. I’ve slacked off these last couple weeks and still got some pretty good gains..

I have been cycling on and off this supplement and not sure if it is working or not. I bought 3 bottles and I will have more of a definite answer when they are finished. This is the least expensive brand of this supplement so thumbs up for that.

Stuffs out of control. Must take on an empty stomach. I was stupidly sore after this never been this sore in my life. Does give great pumps however.

Love this product.. great pumps especially when I take it with L-argenine (NO) .. will purchase again.. great price too.

This product is amazing! I take 4 before workout and get the best pumps in my Biceps and Shoulders. Definitely can feel the pain and tightness that accompanies the pump. Works to enhance mind muscle connection to really feel the pain right where you want to. Definitely can notice the vascularity more. I highly reccomend this over any other arachidonic acid supplements

Supplements hit everyone differently. Personally, I would get kind of sore and a bit of a headache with regular servings. I wouldn't mind if pushing myself to that point yielded anything I can imagine to be a positive result. Maybe worth a try
