33001068 25 GPD TFC Replacement Reverse Osmosis Membrane

The cartridge was originally shipped to the wrong place. I was asked to reorder after receiving a credit for the item lost in shipment or something. The membrame cartridge was installed and fit well. The filter system is providing clear tasty water.

What is there to be said about reverse osmosis water. If you really want to help save the planet and do not have one of these systems to create your own purified water, you need to.

MAJOR difference in the taste of the water. You never know how good the water is until after the filter needs to be replaced. It taste totally different. Purchased 2, highly recommend this product

This is a really hard thing to rate. It fits as expected so that's good. Looking at the old unit, I can't really tell visually what this thing is doing. I did notice some deposits on the old one at the top seal, but other than that, I am just replacing this as part of a regular maintenance program. It's hard to get excited about this expensive part. He other filters in the system all look nasty, so it's clear they are trapping something. Word of warning, changing the filters seem to trap air and make the system squeal and groan for several days after the change. Calling a service person will result in a $60-80 charge for a house call and they will just tell you to wait. The air will eventually work itself out. It took mine about 2 weeks.

Came on time with the other filters. Work as expected.

Je ne suis pas certain que ce matériel soit vraiment de la marque Hydrotech, car sur les anciennes membranes il y avait le logo Hydrotech. De plus le diamètre est bien inférieur, donc moins de membrane enroulée. Mais pour le moment ce produit fait bien son travail et mon testeur indique une très faible quantité de particules. A voir dans le temps... Le prix quant à lui est multiplié par trois par rapport aux tarifs états unis, mais il faut compter les taxes française.
