I was sick and tired of buying the 10-20 dollar plastic coffee grinders that would last me at best a year or two and would have to replace them 4 times already. I was also upset about generating so much un-needed electronic garbage. This was my main reason to purchase this particular item, though it was more pricey, it is made from stainless steel with nearly no plastic parts. Arrived packaged in thermocol, without damage. Seller communicated via email to let me know product had shipped. So far, have used it to grind several spices, and cleaned up the insides with a wet microfiber cloth after emptying the chamber out by tapping it upside down. I expect it to feel slightly heavy if held for a prolonged period of time, but thankfully havent needed to hold it for too long. Hoping this product would last me longer and I meet my primary goals of a purchasing a long lasting quality product.

Just arrived and unboxed. Doesn't work. I've watched several videos and read instructions. Blades will not turn and motor sounds like it is dying. Can't get all blades out. Get what you pay for I guess. This is going back. What a waste of time.

good product it lasted about two ears

Both me and my wife love this product. Very powerful and grind almost everything we used in this to a dust in less than 60 seconds. So far we used for grinding Indian spices like coriander, cumin as we noticed packet spices aren't that good any more. Now we have our own healthy spices with no chemical or contamination. My wife used for grinding dry rice and it worked like a charm. In future we are sure to find many more usage of this powerful grinder. Cleaning is not touch but not easy without removing the blades but the included brush actually helps.

It grinds into whatever consistency one might want.love the ability and the quality of grinding into a fine powder. Very satisfied with my purchase. Would've loved a book with ideas of things to grind to have been included.

This machine does what it says and easy to use the when I bought first the lid was not close well and reset bottom not working i told them they send me replacement I recommend this product.

Sparks fire everytime I turn it on. This product costs too much money to be so hazardous.

It is great product and worth the money. I was surprised the quality and powerful machine that exceeds my expectation. I can grind Chinese herbs without any problem. Follow instructions is the key when operating this machine

Excelente lo usamos para triturar la canela entera en la panaderia en segundos obtienes la canela dependiendo, de como se requiera si en polvo o en trozos pequeños excelente no ha funcionado de maravilla lo recomiendo

Aurais-eu besoin du mode d'emploi en français, sinon l'appareil est très solide et bien balancer. Fait bien son job si l'on suit les recommandations du fournisseur. J'avais peur qu'il ne mouds pas les grains de maïs à popcorn, mais on obtient une très belle farine à passer au tamis en même pas une minute. Belle initiative de fournir des brosses et des couteaux en plus. Facile à nettoyer pour des ingrédients secs.
