Update-- Wireless Charger
First of all, I bought the Ringke Fast Charge 9V Ringke iPhone X Wireless Charger, Fast 9V Wireless Charging Pad for Universally Compatible Qi Enabled iPhone X / 10 / 8 / 8 Plus / Galaxy Note 8 / S8 / S8 Plus / S7 Edge & Qi Charge Devices wireless charger, model #PT9005, and a Wave phone case in anticipation of receiving my new Samsung Galaxy S9. The items arrived within two days as I subscribe to Amazon Prime. Great. The case looks great but I cannot get the wireless charger to work. Per the instructions, I tried to insert a universal USB cord into the port on the charger, but it didn't fit. I *know* the USB cord works because I can plug it directly into my existing phone and into the wall and my phone immediately begins charging. I thought maybe there was a glitch so I tried another USB cord, tried to plug it into the port on the charger and it did not fit. So, I plugged the adapter included with the charger (which I later found out was a Lightning adapter; this is not revealed anywhere in the packaging or on the Amazon site where I purchased the Ringke charger). I connected the included adapter into the wireless port, plugged the USB cord into the adapter and into the wall, set my phone on the charger, and NOTHING! I then examined my universal USB and wireless adapter, and they're not even the same shape! I'm going to try contact the seller to determine if there is something I don't know or am not doing correctly. If I don't get any resolution, I'm returning this product.Update: the seller notified me that I needed a micro USB to type-C USB adapter. The charger does not work with micro USB cables (used with older model smartphones). Fortunately, my new S9 will come with a type-c USB charging cable. So... Will update my review when I receive new S9 with the updated cable. Not happy with product anymore
I bought the ssame one when I was in Mexico....but that one came with a cord....this only comes with an adapter and I will have to buy a cord separately.....with no explanation what type of cord must be used. I bought the 2nd one because the cord got a short and won't charge the phone....needed new power cord. Not happy with product anymore.

Not Ready for Prime-Time, Dead on Arrival (DOA), Two Times
I like the IDEA of the product very much. Unfortunately, the embodiment of the product I received leaves much to be desired. In addition, there is some question in my mind as to Amazon Services' shipping service. I bought the item to use with the high capacity (25W) Travel Adapter (Samsung EP-TA800 and Cord) that came with my new Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus (SM-N975U).Instructions for use on the box were simple, but sparse. I plugged it in to my TA800 travel adapter (wall-wart charger) using the USB-C cable supplied with it for my new phone. There was no response. No lights turned on, a compass held in the vicinity was unaffected, and a few turns of wire attached to a sensitive voltmeter indicated no current flow, both of which indicate that no inductive field was present. Confirming this empirical conclusion, my smart phone indicated that no charging was taking place. DOA!An examination of the box this device arrived in revealed a loosely attached and wrinkled Bar-code label that looks suspiciously like a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label. I rather hope it is not, since that would spoil my high regard for Amazon' shipping practices.I will return the device and update this post based on the results.Update: Received a replacement item today. Unfortunately, it was, as promised, an exact replacement. DOA just like the first one. No lights, no charging, just dead. Ok, guys, two times and you are out. I will not order another. I have returned this item to get my money back. I will buy something else. At least I might have a chance to get something that works. The only recommendation I have for this seller is that they should do a stock screen to remove the bad product from their inventory, and have a short and probably unpleasant conversation with their supplier and/or the manufacturer.

Glitchy
Not bad it's just the base no charger included. And it sometimes stops charging. Have to unplug and plug in again.

Find the right spot
It works with my Note 9, sometimes I need to re-position my phone in order to have it in 'fast charging' mode. Otherwise, it's pretty good.
