Simply does not work. Unable to connect it to my Verizon WI fi. Perhaps this unit requires a hub which I do not own. I’ll have to return it.

This sensor is difficult to setup, it goes off often with no reason.

I had my gas meter changed yesterday. This detector was a foot away from the pipes when the meter was disconnected. The gas meter repairman let some gas out of the pipes as he replaced the meter. The detector failed to go off.

It took me a month to discover that the product that the seller gave me was not new. I accidentally opened it and found that there was a trace of the use, and this product is not described.

Not worth the money. Looked as if it was working but in reality it was frozen somehow and broke after a months use. Would recommend something else.

Didn't puck up a gas leak! App stopped working and theres no longer support for it. Don't waste your money

This must be an old product that just doesn't work with today's technology. Either that, or the company isn't operating as usual anymore.

Wouldn’t connect to the app. Reached out to their online support and received no help.
