Nice work out product for your home gym. But the thing is that the springs very tight. Lot of strain have to be applied while pulling out pushing by legs or hands.The foot holder have tiny spikes to grip your foot. But have to do in bare foot, with shoes it will be difficult to insert your feet into the holder.The hand grip is made up of plastic and it is very slippery. Sometimes there holder seems to be coming out. I wear gloves to protect my hand from the spikes in the hand holder.Great for your abs and waist. You feel feel great in your upper and lower body based on your excercise regime after a work of 20 mins.I feel it's a great stress buster also. When ever I feel for a short work out, its great thing to do.Definitely is will be a durable one.But the make and material should have been of better quality.

i bought it when it was amazon's choice now the choice has changed but easy to use seems like it would reduce weight and tightens your muscle. Go for single spring man because its too hard for them who had only fat but no energy.If you have fat as well as energy then go for this

Not so useful. I didn't liked the grip, the spring strech. Not at all comfortable. Its feels like you are gonna hurt your legs if it catches your skin in it.
