the seller's photo shows one form of vitamin B9 - methyl folate. but in reality, a completely different form is indicated on the jar that I received - folic acid. this is critical in pregnancy, because if you have the MTHMR gene, then vitamin B9 in the form of folic acid causes the threat of miscarriage. I strongly do not recommend it.

In display picture, the ingredient shown is L-Methylfolate but the ingredient in the item received is Folic acid.

I’ve been using these prenatal multivitamins for a few weeks, and they’ve been excellent. They’re easy to swallow and don’t have a bad taste.
