I have several teapots that I like to use for tea parties and day-to-day use. The color on this pot is really a nice dark green and stands out from most of the different white colored pots that I have. The gold is a touch gaudy but it pairs so well with the more stark dishes.

The picture doesn't do this beautiful teapot any justice. I spent WEEKS looking for the perfect teapot; one that had just the right amount of pizzazz to it. The coloring is on point and stunning. The function of it fits my needs, holding enough tea for at least three cups with some to spare. As for keeping the tea warm, it keeps it a pretty decent temperature for about an hour or so.
