T POWER 19V~20V Charger for JBL Xtreme, Xtreme 2, JBL Boombox 2 Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker (Black, Blue, Red) Ac Dc Adapter Power Supply Cord

I was a little nervous about ordering this part from Amazon. I needed a new power cord for our JBL Extreme2 speaker. I spotted this on and thought I would give it a shot. It showed up packaged very well, the package inside the package was also wrapped in plastic. The product perform as good as the original cord supplied with the speaker. Very happy. Would highly recommend!

I own a JBL Xtreme 2 speaker that I’m “extremely “ happy with. I use it a lot with and without the power cord. After almost a full year of abuse the power cord started to pull away from the plug that inserts into the back of the unit. While it’s still working fine, I decided to buy this T - Power adaptor for insurance so to speak. I received the product and was very impressed at the quality of the unit. I’ve sold these types of adapters for about 20 years in the past. I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. This manufacturer makes a good quality adapter for the money. So I received the adapter and tried to plug it into my speaker and “wah, wah, wah!” - it wouldn’t plug in. Nope. Wasn’t going to happen. There was a “pin” inside the connector that is supposed to plug into the JBL unit so it was hitting the “pin” that’s already in the receptacle on the speaker. I contacted T-Power directly under the direction of an insert that came with the unit. All I can say is WOW”! They were awesome. They have an automatic reply email letting you know that they received your message. They also responded in a timely manner. Nick was the guy who helped me. He asked various questions to not only help me, but to make sure that this situation doesn’t happen again to someone else. He asked for a clear photo of the adapters label to use the info to find out if Amazon’s inventory of this part number was incorrect or if the unit was just “picked wrong” when the order was fulfilled. I have not been told as of this time and I don’t expect to be told what actually happened. I just wanted my unit swapped out and replaced with the correct adapter for my speaker. My replacement unit arrived directly from T-Power within a few days. I’m happy with the product as far as price point and quality goes and I’d definitely purchase their products again. I will recommend T-Power products to people as well. These types of adapters get a lot of abuse when they are used to power devices that are plugged and unplugged over and over and day to day. It’s a lot more use and abuse on the cords and plugs of the adapter compared to when they are just plugged into a device and sitting under a desk or something. It’s important to use a quality product like T-Power so under such conditions you are able to get a longer life out of the adapter because it can stand up to some use. More bang for your buck.

Bought this as a replacement for my JBL boombox 2. Charges perfectly. I am glad a saved the money instead of buying the original power cord.

Works great with my husband's JBL bluetooth speaker. Has an LED light indicator to ensure its working properly. It allowed my husband to continue using his speaker after its original adapter broke. I believe the price is truly worth it.

This charger does a wonderful job. Charges my speaker faster than the cord that came with it.

Great charger that fit my JBL boombox

Very low cost and worked like a charm. Not quite as robust as the original power supply but it charged the speaker in roughly the same amount of time as the original power supply (which of course I found 2 days after this arrived).
