Excellent noiseless fan. Works with Alexa
After reading the reviews I was not sure of its quality. Orient being a reputed company I gave it a try. This is a perfect wifi smart fan. Connectivity is not an issue. After initial hiccups everything is going well. It is working very well. No noise, no wifi or remote related problem. I am happy with the purchase. I shall replace remaining fans of the house one by one.

Not happy. Making chattering sound.
The return time,10 days, is over. There is a wierd sound of "Chit chit" from the fan. I called Orient customer care few times but no response.I wish others do not face the issue.

Remote stopped working within 2 months.
The wifi pairing process is not simple I had to call up the helpline to get that done and then the remote started giving problem after a couple of months.i have ordered a spare remote from amazon but this isn't an ideal situation I paid rs.4700 for this fan .consider that the good old fan regulator doesn't work with these fans and imagine the inconvenience of the remote not working but you can control it via mobile phone app but that is also frustrating.buy some other brand and you'll be better off . I bought an attomburg fan and it works just fine .next time I'll give orient fans a miss .

Good quality fans
I had to get them installed myself, fans does not come with installation although it is added in the price. Remote control works fine, they are not completely silent but have low sound. Appearance is as described on Amazon. Good value for money
