Good compact towel warmer
This towel warmer works well. It is just large enough to fit 4 hand towels or about 8 washcloth sized towels. It warms reasonable quickly and once at full temperature - the towels are nice and steamy. It is a good size for a small shelf or space. I have a larger version but needed something more compact and this one is great!

Hot towels; compact size
Towels get super hot by the time I use them in treatment. Compact size fits on my cart shelf and holds about 3 tx worth of towels. Hot stones took longer to heat up. I returned because I thought it had sterilizer capability and replace with same brand/size with sterilizer.

Heating unit indestructible
I bought my first one of these 9 years ago - I had to repair the door hinge twice (thank you handy husband) but it was worth it as the heating unit still worked great. It started getting harder to clean the oil build inside (from my massage oils) but the darn thing wouldn't die! So I finally decided it was time for it to go the landfill and to get a new one. It looks almost identical as my old one, but I can tell the material used a little different/cheaper/lighter. So we will see if this one holds up as long as the last one.

This is a good towel warmer and it does work just as advertised
This is a good towel warmer and it does work just as advertised. I am happy with the quality, however, there are a few gripes I have with this thing:First off, the dimensions are a little misleading. I had a predetermined space for this appliance in a cubicle that measured just over 9" in height. Since I read that the height of this unit was 9", I thought it would fit. It would have fit if it wasn't for the small legs that makes the whole unit taller than 9". I didn't want to risk removing the legs since it would be resting on a wooden table and I fear that the heat would damage the table or worse. Also, this thing has a powerful odor. I don't know what they treated this plastic with or what factory in China smells like this, but good Lord this thing has a strong smell. It's been a week now and I can still smell whatever it is lingering when I get close to the appliance. It's not as bad as when I first took it out of the box, but it sure is taking a long time to air out. Hopefully, it will go away soon.Lastly, when using damp towels, I noticed that the buildup of condensation on the inner side of the door tends to drip out of the bottom of the door (even when it is closed) after long periods of use. I'm not sure if I haven't wringed out the towels well enough or if the bottom part of the inner door is not sealed well enough, but it is a minor annoyance.Still, the appliance works and heats towels very well after about 20-25 minutes.

Incubator stopped working a few months after I received it ...
Incubator stopped working a few months after I received it (Feb. 2015). There is no obvious fuse to replace. These incubators are not robust to use on a daily basis. There is a stink when drying wet towels or socks that eventually dissipates when you take them out. Instructions in box insists that we must keep the original boxes if shipping back for replacement. Have sent an email to vendor for help. Let's see if they respond. But another will likely do the same.

Works well, very nicely constructed
Simple, well-designed, and very well made, this little oven heats to 160°F in about 20 min.

Useful Cabinet
It was a little smaller than I anticipated but works great to keep a couple towels and a neck pillow warm.
