This was my first time doing the steam. I did it 1 week before my menstrual cycle was to start & when it came ABSOLUTELY NO CRAMPS! Do you hear me! None. I felt very refreshed. Cycle was light & I couldn't have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend this product.

It smells awesome I haven’t used it yet but the smell before use is wonderful. I can really smell the rosemary and I love the scent of rosemary.
