Definitely has a warming sensation but as a cream I use underneath a workout belt, I didn't sweat as much as I like it to be

I gave this a 4 star just because I haven't used it constantly to see results but I will say this stuff is hot and once u wrap your body in plastic wrap YOU WILL SWEAT which I think is the point so I guess it serves its purpose. I'm sure if you're consist ant you'll see results I'd recommend
