Q: what is the difference between the ghost 10 and ghost 12?

I loved my Ghost 10s my ghost 11s i was not as pleased with but my ghost 12s are great I can't tell you many differences in 10s ans 12s but the 12s are great.

Q: Will these shoes be good to work in cause I do alot of walking and i work for a Police Department.

I walk/run in mine. Absolutely love them. They are not good for standing around in one place. However, if you are moving, you will enjoy these.
