Look no further than this book if you have the least bit of curiosity into this amazing natural "product". Author covers enough science and chemistry to make it understandable for the non-scientist, but just as importantly why the FDA and big pharma don't want us to be able to use something that actually work - big shocker, eh?Useful information for daily usage follows the background, science, and politics of DMSO. More importantly, precautions, what DMSO can and can't do, and really helpful information on what it CAN do.HIGHLY recommended!!!

Amandha is so knowledgeable about DMSO and includes recipes in a concise book that gets your feet wet on what should be your continued pursuits of your own wellness. I bought the digital book and absorbed it within a couple days. Then turned around and bought the paper copy to have in Front of me. Cannot give enough kudos to Amandha and her staff.I personally am taking the 40% with Vit C drops in each eye daily for high pressure due to glaucoma and a teaspoon internally every day of pure DMSO for a liver cleanse. Stay clear of me if you have a sensitive nose!

I have used DMSO for many years with very limited use due to not having the knowledge of recipes and usage. I wish I had gotten this book sooner.Their are so many uses and different combinations to use DMSO.I used for many years a simple solution of pure aloe Vera gel with dmso internally for pain and inflammation. All of this time I did not know how to combat the garlic smell dmso emits. After reading the book I started to use pure orange essential,oil or peppermint oil in my aloe dmso water recipe for internal use to combat the garlicky spoiled milk smell, this works wonders.I also use a vitamin C tablet and an msm pill along with this dose to further make sure I do not smell like garlic. The reason for the garlic smell is dmso breaks down to msm/ sulfur in the body hence the awful smell.Amanda explains this in the book.I suffer from a lot of inflammation nerve pain and major fatigue after several breast cancer surgeries.My body became broken. My body goes through periods of feeling like you have been bounced around in a washing machine. DMSO helps so much!Please understand you will most likely go through a herxheimer healing crisis. I did and I was in the bed for 2 days unable to move years ago upon first starting dmso and presently if I go long periods without dmso.This is a good thing as this is your body healing. I started out with 99:9% pure dmso diluted with distilled water and pure aloe Vera gel. Apparently I did not dilute enough water. So this was a learning experience. This is why you really need an expert’s guide.This book is written so you can often go back to easily as a reference guideDMSO also transfers whatever solution you are trying to get inside of your body.Their are endless DMSO recipes you can use internally and externally.Yes even for our sweet loving pets, and there is info for this subject as well in the book.I also am a raw vegan , fruits and vegetables nuts and seeds only, with lots fresh homemade juices from a juicer and homemade smoothies daily.I chose to no longer eat dead animals and have never looked back.Read the book and enjoy!
