I will leave the original review down below but I feel the seller deserves the shout out, they sent me a brand new unit for free overnight shipped after some brief back and forth with pics and explanation and me trying to fix it according to their request. They were actually super helpful and I should have tried to contact them before writing this negative review, usually after the 30 days you are out of luck, I was months in so thought I was just stuck with an expensive stainless steel bowl with a hole in the bottom. Anyhow this thing works great, my favorite is to use jolly ranchers to make my cotton candy, it outputs massive amounts of the stuff quick. Does have a kinda nasty vibration but oh well, everyone loves it. Don't hesitate cause worst case the seller will fix any issues and will do so quickly. Definitely worth the money and the seller is trustworthy which I didn't expect. Goes to show that not everyone is after only making money and some do care about the customer. I will recommend this seller and their products any day. If you like cotton candy you can't go wrong here the music is a gimmick but still kinda neet.So it worked for about a day before the thing burned out the temperature control, so I bypassed it to get it to at least work. I needed it for an event. My fix worked. Three weeks later the thing stopped working all together. Checked fuses and connections etc. Just died. No life at all. It worked pretty great for the first day when all was as intended. And after that you just had to shut it off when it would get the sugar too hot or it would start to scortch the stuff but still made a large cotton candy quickly but 3 weeks no matter what is just crazy

I bought this to use for a party that included several children. They were amazed at how it worked and of course loved the end result. To my surprise, the adults liked it as much as the children. It’s best to use it outside, I think, if you don’t want strands of cotton candy attached to your ceiling. It’s a fun and easy to use product and the end result is delicious

Purchased this early so we could hand out cotton candy for Halloween. Bought everything we would need for 300+ floss. In the beginning I thought it was a user issue. It totally quit on Halloween night. As though the heating element went out. The machine wasted so much floss. I would not recommend this cotton candy machine either for small or big uses. It wastes product. Returned the machine to Amazon, after trying to find a manufacture so we could talk out the problem with them and work it out, yet there is none on the machine. Plus, I could find not only parts to try to fix it (bulky item to mail) I couldn't find a globe or other add on's to use on this machine.

Able to make cotton candy quickly. Worth the price. Originally bought a machine for home use- that one took FOReVeR to make a small pouf of cotton candy-Will be using this for my daughters school carnival- anxious to see how it holds up!

We have used it twice now and it is nice! Highly recommended! I'm 63 years old and I always seem to crave cotton candy! Now when I get the craving I can make my own instead of running to Walmart! Thanks

I have a cotton candy cart business and have two of the VIVO machines. They are not only slightly smaller and slightly more lightweight but much more straight forward and consistent to use! This machine gives me constant problems. I turn it on and it works well for maybe 20 minutes then out of nowhere starts vibrating like hell is about to break lose and it starts MOVING on it’s own because of the high vibration. So I try adjusting the temperature even though I shouldn’t have to and sometimes I have to make it slightly cooler or hotter and it will behave again. Until maybe 20 minutes later again it starts going whacko. Such a pain in the a**. Avoid at all costs and make your life easier with the VIVO :( I’m only going to use this to make favors because I can’t have this thing bringing down a building at an event freaking people out like it’s going to explode or something. Only positive is that it pumps out the cotton candy nicely and quickly…when it does work normally.
