I purchased this bed frame support because from the product description and reviews I thought it would support my queen-size metal bed frame. The support was easy to assemble. It required that holes be made in my bed frame to complete the assembly. I used a tungsten metal drill bit to try to drill a hole in my bed frame without success. I started to buy a cobalt drill bit and try again. I decided that it was too much effort for 60+ woman. I requested a return which was approved. I had to pay over $20 for a UPS return using an AARP discount.

I was contacted by the seller immediately after ordering this. A friendly gentleman made sure my bed frame would work with this support. I appreciated the company double checking so I wouldn’t have to return it.The support was easy to install and didn’t require tools.My guest bed is more stable as a result.

This is the second time ordering to set up a queen size sleigh bed. It is sturdy and easy to use, it was delivered as promised and all parts included. I would gladly order again if needed.

Support legs do not reach the floor when used on my queen frame. My frame is also a standard height, so I feel like these just are overall unfunctional. I had to buy bed risers to have the legs sit on something solid. Also the support legs being so far on the side and not in the center makes it look like it may buckle in the center.But they will hold up a mattress temporarily! And that is a positive!

First off I would like to say awesome job with the shipping! My package arrived a day early. The set up instructions that came with mine didn't seem very detailed. The legs did not "glide" (per the instructions) into the metal rail all the way and was extremely hard to insert. After installing everything the middle part of the bar (two bars are joined together with a weak fitted metal clasp) seemed like it wouldn't give it much support. I placed my bed on top to see if the weight would make a difference, but it seemed to hardly even touch the middle of my box spring. I don't feel like this would be a very good support bar in the long run. I could have received a "lemon" bar, but I am unsure since I don't have anything else to compare this to.UPDATE*** I contacted the seller and they said I should receive replacement C clasps within 3-4 business days. They did say sometimes there is an issue with the C-Clasp screw set being stripped causing it be a loose connection. (In case anyone else experiences the same/similar issue).

**My disclaimer I always make sure to use a product I've purchased off Amazon.com for a full 30/60 days before I leave my feedback so a potential buyer would be getting a fair & honest review** Item arrive packaged very professionally. I spent hours looking online for an inexpensive way to support my new full sized mattresses . After a lot of hesitation I decided to go ahead and purchase this product. It arrived in efficient time and it was very easy to put together. However, there were no directions within the box as stated on the website. The box does display some pictures but none with words but you can easily figure out what goes where after a little bit of trial & error. I was still able to put it together in less than 30 minutes. So far there's no sagging in my bed (I have a full canopy size bed). The rails are adjustable as well. There were no tools needed, very easy assembly and as a female that is exactly what I needed. I recommend this product.

I bought a new Queen size mattress, and noticed in the warranty that a center support was required for the frame. The well-known mattress company didn't sell the support separately, so glad to see this on Amazon. I noticed in the reviews that some versions of this support had a fork at the ends that would glide onto the frame. Mine just had a hole at each end, and I spent about 20 minutes drilling holes into my frame in order to install it. It wasn't terribly difficult, but would have preferred the fork style for ease of installation and minor adjustments later. The two feet assemblies are mostly metal, with a plastic sleeve that slides into the bottom of the support.
