Great proud to! Long lasting and clean
I use this for deadlifts and it's better than loose chalk. I use a nickel sized amount on my palms and callous points. The coconut smelling liquid dries within a couple of minutes leaving my hands slightly tacky to the touch. During lifts the chalk keeps my hands bone dry without leaving little dust piles below the bar. To be fair a little bit of the chalk will fall off in the normal process of pulling the weight. This is great for the regular lifter or for anyone who works out in a chalk free gym. This product is effective, clean and doesn't cover your shorts in chalk.

Works!
Helps so much with my deadlift grip. Initially bought the small travel size bottle and then decided to buy this refill after running out. I'd say the small bottle lasted me 8 months or so, only using during my heavy deadlift workout once a week. I only apply about a dime size and then reapply 1 to 2 more times during my deadlift workout because it does wear out. Not totally invisible after it dries, will leave chalk like residue on your hands, but it just depends on how much you apply. Will come off easily with soap and warm water. Great buy

Works great for me
Some days I need to add some to my finger tips halfway through the workout, but otherwise great. Takes about a minute to dry completely. Not a pleasant odor but not bothersome, I'm there to workout and get stronger, not smell like roses. I would def buy again. Washes off easily in the shower.

Decided to switch to the cheaper stuff.. that was a mistake. I’ll never use another chalk again
This stuff works great. I decided I wanted to not spend as much and bought a cheaper version of this off amazon. My god it was terrible. Clumped constantly, only alcohol would come out and no chalk, just plain terrible. It really made me realize how superior this stuff is compared to the cheaper brands out there. Powerlifter for the past 6 years but customer for life

Does it work?
Update 12/29/16I really don't understand all the negative comments, I have been using this product for more than 6 years. I can't deadlift more than 300 lbs without it period! Again, please apply it to the bar as well as your hands. You don't have to use it on your light days (if you have any).End updateI should say absolutely "yes!".One container lasted me almost 2 years and half while using it 2-3 times a week. I am going to use it now more often, with each workout (4 times a week). The price is right and it works flawlessly. BTW, I will highly suggest applying it to the bar itself if you are going to deadlift some serious weights. This product will undoubtedly improve the safety of your lifts. Speaking of safety, I will highly suggest you take a look at this book Maximum Strength: Get Your Strongest Body in 16 Weeks with the Ultimate Weight-Training Program (the only change I made was to adjust the intensity) and Eric Cressey's site (just google it) and his newsletter.

Works much better than chalk grip and ensures grip and confidence on ...
I use this product for kettlebell training and barbell training. Works much better than chalk grip and ensures grip and confidence on the kettlebells. The only reason I rate this 4 stars as the price is high for such minimal ingredients. Overall highly recommended for a clean, no mess hand grip. I will also give this a try for indoor rock climbing.

Best on the market
Once applied and dry it lasts the entire workout. After it dry it won’t get on your clothes. It washes off easily with water. I have purchased several times and given it to friends.

Liquid grip is an amazing alternative to regular chalk
Liquid grip is an amazing alternative to regular chalk. If you are like me and work out in a gym that does not allow standard chalk, this is the perfect alternative! I ordered the 8 ounce bottle. I poured some of it into a smaller hand sanitizer type bottle so I didn't take up more space in my gym bag. All you need is a small amount, roughly nickel sized in your palms and rub them together, but not like lotion. Just rub it in to cover your hands and allow to air dry. Once dry your hands look like they have chalk all over them. The big difference though is there is no mess! I have applied this prior to starting intense workouts and didn't have to worry about constantly reapplying. I have been able to make it through entire workouts with one application. when I do heavy deadlifts, I do on occasion apply another small amount. For me it may be a more mental thing than anything else. If you are in the market for something to keep your hands dry through a workout to keep your grip from slipping I would highly encourage liquid grip!!
