I needed a good backpack to use as a carryon for a trip overseas, and if you have spent any time looking into it, you'll know that there are a million backpacks out there. I spent so much time reading reviews and researching to find the perfect one - a good size, multiple pockets, ability to be compact if needed. Although this backpack didn't have many reviews, I decided to try it based off of the unique structure.I am so pleased with it. Used it for three weeks traveling in Europe so far, it was perfect for my flight. It fits easily in most airlines over head bins ( Never found one it doesn't fit in.) as well as under the seat in front of you.It has a huge main compartment that is enough to hold the clothes needed for 3 to 4 days. There are 4 small net bags around the compartment. I can put small items such as socks. And it also has a small wet and dry separation pocket that I can store my wet towel toothbrush.The small pocket at the top allows me to easily take out my passport, boarding pass.The front slotted laptop pocket gave me 17.3inch and Ipad enough protection.The fabric is sturdy and thick and very durable. In the absence of an umbrella, I walked in the rain for about half an hour. It seems that the products in the backpack are not affected.The bonus is the band on the back that fits over the handle on luggage with wheels. The straps can be hidden if you don’t want to use as a backpack.Overall I highly recommend this travel backpack and believe that for the price it is of great quality.

UPDATE: These bags are great. Used them for a few trips, including as our sole bags for a trip to Paris and Rome. They are the right size for european carry-ons, and fit alright for us as personal items under the seats on US flights (though some flight attendants might say they were too big). Again, could be more comfortable, but the straps are a bit minimal so they can be stored easily.It looks like a great bag! Good quality zippers and material, with lots of great pockets! It could be more comfortable to wear when it is loaded up, but it is great for the price. It fits within the international airline carry-on dimensions. I’ll add another star once I try it in my travels!

The backpack is pretty good. Very sturdy. I checked every single zippers and there is no defective place. My laptop fits very well in it and secured with the strap. The foamy back side feels very comfortable. There is tons of space for clothing and even a pair of shoes.

This is much much better than I expected. This backpack has so so many hidden pockets that are super useful. It's such a well built backpack from the inside out. You can store a lot of clothes inside this backpack and they have compressing belts so that it's easier to store in the overhead cabin. I was nervous at first checking in to my flights because I thought it would be too big but it went through every single time without them double checking it. This backpack is truly amazing and I would buy it again easily.

So I am writing this after having just received my bag. So I don't yet have any real world experiences with it , BUT after a good inspection it looks like it is gonna fit perfect with what I need. Something I can bring on a Plane with my laptop in it plus with ample room for a TON more things. TONS of Zippers and pockets and compartments. In fact you will probably miss some if you don't look hard enough. Seems to be built out of good quality material. As of right now I would absolutely recommend buying this Bag. The ONLY possible thing that could be an issue is there are some fake leather/plastic type material parts that I could see not holding up too well , BUT we shall see, All seems like it is fantastic right now, hence the 5 stars. !!

This pack was everything I was looking for in a travel bag:Small enough to use as Carry On luggage.Large enough for a long weekend's worth of clothes, etc.Comfortable backpack straps to make carrying easier.Well made--very durable, with quality zippers.If you need a sturdy carry on bag and don't want to bother with wheeled luggage, this is the perfect bag for you!

I traveled to San Pedro, Belize for 7 days. I was able to fit 7 pairs of 7, 7 boxers, 3 pairs of jeans, 4 pairs of shorts, all bathroom necessities, 7 shirts, and even an extra pair of shoes. This bag is great and was a perfect carry on option. I did not have to check any bags on my United Airlines flight.The only small issue was one of the zippers broke off easily but Amazon went ahead and sent me a new bag right away.Highly Recommend.

I used the bag to pack for a two week trip. After the first day of using It, the zippers broke completely and I was not able to zip up my bags at all. Definitely a waste of money for a one day use.
