Has a good strong vibration. Fits office chair perfectly and is really thick compared to any others I have tried. I actually had to lower my chair because it sat me up so much higher I couldn’t touch the floor. I am sure it said it goes for 30 min in the description but I am not sure it doesn’t feel that long. And I don’t see an option to select amount for run time like my old one. Haven’t tried the heat function yet.

Have used it daily for about a week so can only speak to performance but not longevity. The unit is better than any I've owned previously. The vibration gives great selectability for area and intensity, is precisely located for optimal effect and is strong enough to make a difference. The heating function gives you back, seat and both but no intensity control. The heat setting is both comfortable and effective.The unit seems to have been tailored for an more for a slimmer office-type chair rather than a larger recliner in terms of the straps that hold it to the chair. These are NOT adjustable straps but elastic. I put this on a narrower European/Scandinavian type lounge chair and barely got it on. Wider chair backs may be an issue. Longer securing straps with Velcro-style attachment would have given this 5 stars for added flexibility for all chair types.Despite the lack of flexibility in terms of attachment, this is really an awesome performer. I highly recommend this for those who are helped by vibration and heat therapy.

After having surgery I have been having major back pains. I go to dialysis 3 x's a week, and can barely walk after treatment. I bought this, and it is everything I expected it to a more!! If you suffer from back pain I suggest that you purchase this ASAP

This massage pad with heat is amazing if you think about a massage chair would cost you above $2000. I put the pad on my office chair so that I can massage my back when I am working in the office. The experience is just outstanding. Of course, you would have to know what you are expecting. This is not a $2000 massage chair that can massage your whole body, but it does make you feel relaxed if you work longer hours at the desk like me. There are various settings to massage the neck, mid back, lower back, hip, and thigh with different intensity and heat levels. The pad made me feel very comfortable and almost fell asleep every time I used it. Be sure you know what your expectation is. If you’re looking for an affordable massage pad, I’d say this is worth considering.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Not for someone with mild vertigo returned

I find shiatsu painful, so I’m happy with a 3 speed vibration. There’s enough padding over the elements that I don’t feel like I’m sitting on rocks. I do wish the controls were bilateral, and I’m afraid of getting the electrical cord caught between the seat & back of my recliner. That said, I practically live on this cushion.
