The inside of the lenses seem to have a coating that is not clear and shows scratches. I can't wipe it clean or polish. Any help?

If this is the way your goggles were when you first got them, they're defective and should be returned. Once you've scratched the insides, or even rubbed them with your fingers or some types of cloth, you've pretty much removed the anti-fog coating on them. They sell some stuff called Spit, I think which will temporarily make them anti-fog, but it's not long lasting - maybe a couple or three swims before you have to re-coat. At some point you'll have to invest in a new pair. Important to stress that you shouldn't rub the inside of the goggles with anything, as this will rub off the coating. Best to rinse them with plain water and let them air dry.

How do you adjust to make them bigger?

They have adjustable straps on either end. Also, the middle small strap across the bridge of the nose can be made larger

At this time the item page only lists the size as "Junior" giving no option to choose adult. Are these goggles truly junior size or adult?

When I bought them I found that they fit me just fine and I haven't been a Junior in decades. If you are worried, click on the different models to see if one has a different size than the others.

Can a dog groomer use these to keep hair and other debris out of eyes? Does it pull on hair?

I wouldn't recommend it. Not enough visual acuity for that type of activity.
