Jed Pool Tools Inc 80-219 Vacuum Handle Replacement, No Size, No Color

This piece on our vacuum head broke in a little over a year, and after reading that they are prone to breaking in about that much time, I purchased 2 so I could have a spare. Fit perfectly and seems to be sturdy plastic; we will see. Better than spending $20-$30 for a new vacuum head.

Fixed my cheapo pool vacuum for a reasonable price. Same old cheap plastic and design as what was on it originally, so don't expect it to last. Too bad manufacturers don't engineer these things to last with good metal parts where it makes sense.

This is a good cheap replacement. Not extremely durable feeling, but at the price wasn't expecting it to be. Came with the pin.

Sometimes it is just too obvious when a manufacturer designs something to break, which is definitely the case with this part. I suppose they figure for the price that everyone can afford to buy a new one each year...but I would rather pay a little more for something and have it last...after all, when it breaks I have the bother of ordering a new one and am without one while I wait!
