I live in a rather large home. And I have an elderly parent that lives with me. I could be on one end of the property and they can contact me easily and clearly. These walkie-talkies are wonderful due to the fact that they have very long battery life. I have tried other walkie-talkies off of Amazon none of them have the long battery life like these do. Another key feature that I like about these walkie-talkies is that they have separate charging cradles very easy for a elderly person to use. Excellent sound quality. If you're looking for a basic home use durable walkie-talkie these are definitely my pick to recommend to you. These walkie-talkies have all of the basic features you need that some of the higher-end walkie talkies have. I got nothing but good to say about these walkie-talkies and I highly recommend them. The key thing is the long battery life they can go two or almost three days on one charge. that said, I have seen posts on the chargers malfunctioning so fare I have not had that issue.

Only thing I disliked about it are the flimsy strings that come with it. Broke in no-time. Everything else is good to go.

We purchased these walkie talkies for our rv trips. They are easy to use, and we can rely on them to always work. They also have a weather alert built in. The price was reasonable.

I bought these walkie talkies for my 5 year old son as we play with Nerf guns around the house and wanted to be able to talk to each other as we play. they work amazing in the house and we've even used them on vacation. Worked great in separate cars for a long trip, able to talk to each other without issues. having alot of channels is helpful too as we did pick up other conversations but able to change channels easily.the ability to turn the chirp on and off is great as we use them at night sometimes when my son is in bed and needs to talk to us. great price, extremely durable, easy to use, range is fair (tried across town but cut out about 1/2 mile down the road) and love that it has rechargeable battery.all in all i would say these are amazing walkies for kids and adults. even my 2 year old son loves them!

I received these Walkie Talkies, and immediately saw that the instructions don't tell you anything about using these devices other then how to set the channels. I am fairly tech savvy, but really don't know much about Walkie Talkies, so I needed some help as to how to use them. The information says that if you have a question, they will respond within 24 hrs. I sent them an email, and did not get any response until six days later. I also went on their website where they have a chat feature. I tried to do a chat, but again, got no response. Having received no response by email or via the chat, I returned the Walkie Talkies. I would not recommend that anyone purchase these Walkie Talkies. The customer service is terrible, and the instructions are worthless. I did order a Chtoocy Home Room to Room Communication System which has excellent instructions as to how to use the devices. I had to give at least a one star rating in order to submit this review, but they are not even worth that.

The radios themselves are great, easy to use and the battery life is very good. But the second time I tried to recharge them one of the chargers wouldn't work, now the second charger won't either. How can I get new chargers without buying new radios?

Purchased these for the kids. I live in the suburbs and the range dies out in a mile and doesn't go up to 5 miles as indicated. Some folks stated they can get 3 miles in city but I can't get more than a mile.
