Mifeier 83" Black Nerf Bars Side Step Running Boards Fit 2009-2014 Ford F150 Super Crew Cab With 4 Full Size Doors

First first off I love the price and the look of this Nerf Bar side step and I would buy it again even with all the issues I've had. Here are the issues:A single Cardboard Box and plastic wrap was only thing protecting shipment, not wrapped in bubble wrap or styrofoam, so running boards were banged up and scratched. I took a paint marker which didn't match perfectly so I smeared it with my fingers to get the damage to blend in.Bag of Fasteners inside was open but luckily all nuts and bolts were inside though I had a few nuts that varied in size from its corresponding nuts which was odd, only two. And for the vertical mounting bolts for the brackets to the vehicle I highly recommend adding 1/4 of an inch in length as right now you have to tighten them on without the locking washer so the flat washer will bend enough that you can then insert the lock nut washer.The hardware already fastened to the running boards we're loose so I had to go through and tighten bith pre-assembled running board.Delivery came in two shipments though Amazon showed it as one shipment, second shipment came later than was scheduled so too late for me to receive and had to reschedule another week as it was three days after the first shipment and I was then gone for 5 days so it was rescheduled with UPS who gave me a hassle in charges to reschedule it but in the end they are advising they will refund me.No assembly instructions for my specific vehicle. Came with a single generic sheet that showed that the bolts go through the bolt holes on the hardware. If you're replacing from a similar Style sidestep then it will be quite obvious otherwise you'll have to look underneath and find the stickers covering the holes.

Good running boards I'm 200 lbs and they feel good when I use them. Not flimzy. I got them sprayed with bed liner prior to installation. I installed them in less than 2 hrs and I was just taking my time. No issues
