I bought eight of these to replace Phillips incandescents in a ceiling . The bulbs arrived from China a day earlier than promised, but still took more than three weeks to arrive. The bulbs were well-packaged and appeared undamaged in transit. The bulbs themselves are very sleek and attractive (important as the bulbs are a prominent design feature of the fixture). The downsides are that two of the eight bulbs ordered were not functional though tried in several sockets that worked for other bulbs. They were DOA and I foolishly failed to order extras for that possibility. So, I advise you buy more than you need. Fortunately, they are relatively inexpensive items.The bigger issue that can't be fixed is that these bulbs emit a very cold spectrum, an almost purplish "fluorescent" tinge that markedly contrasts with any incandescents nearby. If you've had incandescents or halogens, you will be impressed by the difference. I can't say I like it, but the low power requirements of the LED replacements will allow me to leave an eight bulb fixture on more often than I do now without fear of wasting electricity. As well, these LEDs aren't nearly as bright as the halogens they replace despite the stated watt equivalency (and, yes, I'm accounting for the two bad bulbs). Overall, a good value if you get working bulbs and can live with cold light.
