Had to pick up USPS does not deliver if you're not home
My dog loves the food and it's a great value. Would have been 5 star but unfortunately, the US Postal Service would not deliver to my home even though it's fully fenced in, they said I had to be home or go pick up at the post office. I may as well have gone to the store to buy it. No option to use another carrier for delivery.

Pay extra for no reason
The food quality is excellent, and it works well for my dog. However we paid extra to have it delivered on the 15th, but it came in on the 17th instead. We will be returning for a full refund, we found a better deal.

Overpriced
Great product, but extremely overpriced.Almost as good and $15.00 a bag cheaper is WAG no grain salmon and sweet potato flavor.

Never have a problem with delivery and never had any damage. Takes about a week to get though since it doesn’t have two day delivery.
