I was on a diet years ago, and my doctor told me to get the vitamin B sublingual (under the tongue) liquid. I get the 2-pack, 1 ounce bottles. It has a dropper to measure the liquid and you just put it under your tongue and hold for about a minute. It is fast acting and starts working immediately, just don't forget not to swallow it immediately because this is a multi-B solution, and the niacin will make you feel like you are going to spontaneously combust if swallowed too fast! I have been using this for over 15 years and on.

The flavor is not terrible, and easily tolerated for the minute you should hold it in your mouth, and it works! The evidence will show improved b12 results without getting shots!
