The product itself is great. The material and zipper is high quality. Most of the canvas bookbags here on Amazon have very cheap feeling materials and zippers. So when i got this i was ecstatic, finally a canvas book bag that doesn't feel cheap! The bag looks very rustic and fashionable, it has a lot of pockets and a lightly padded holder for your laptop. Unfortunately, i had to return the bag because it was way too small for campus use! When i go to college i put my life into my bag and this bag was not big enough for me. For other people this bag will be perfectly fine, its simply personal choice. Had this bag been a few inches bigger i would have LOVED it. Such a shame. Its still a great bag and I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a casual bag. I would not recommend this for people who pack a lot with them.On a side note, the bookbag had a very strange smell when it arrived it was sealed in a bag but the smell was very strong, it even lingered in the room when i put it back in the box! Im sure it would have gone away after a wash but this was still very weird.

This backpack was really nice, until the handle broke about a month after I began using it. I gave in and bought an LL Bean bag, and could not be happier with it. A good bag is worth the investment!!

I bought this bag in khaki from a local army supply. It was not marked down - original price was $42, so puzzled why this bag is listed as marked down. VERY high quality; great size to use as a larger purse ... pockets are AWESOME. I know bag is gonna last and last and last. It's not in my budget for now or I'd order the black one, too!
